Mumbai, 06th July, 2019: Press release regarding BJP membership drive in Mumbai today:

 

 Senior BJP leader and Union Minister for Minority Affairs Shri Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today said here that the BJP has demolished “deceit of appeasement politics” through “commitment to inclusive growth with trust”.

Participating in a membership programme, organised at BJP office in Dadar in Mumbai as a part of month-long nationwide BJP membership drive, Shri Naqvi said that the “political termite of appeasement” had damaged the atmosphere of development in the country. The BJP has made the country free from this termite and created an atmosphere of inclusive growth with trust.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis, former Union Minister Shri Suresh Prabhu and Maharashtra Minister and BJP Mumbai president Shri Ashish Shellar were also present on the occasion.

Shri Naqvi said that the BJP has not only become the world’s largest political party, it has also become a source of inspiration for those people who believe in democratic values.

Shri Naqvi said that every BJP worker should actively work as a “Messenger of development and good governance” of the Modi Government. The BJP workers should reach out to the common people through door to door campaign to inform them about Modi Government’s welfare schemes. The party workers can play a crucial role in connecting the people with the welfare schemes.

The membership drive was launched today on the occasion of birth anniversary of Jan Sangh founder Syama Prasad Mookerjee.

Shri Naqvi said that the BJP worker is the most disciplined worker who works with the guiding Mantra of “Nation First, Party Next, Self Last”. The BJP has always worked with the commitment to national interest and public interest.

Shri Naqvi said that the BJP has now become a synonym for development in the country and the party workers should act as a bridge for communication between the public and the government.

Shri Naqvi said that the world’s largest political party the BJP has 11 crore workers across the country and our target is to increase the number of party workers by at least 20 per cent. It means our target is to add 2 crore 20 lakh new members through this campaign.
